Villa Sa Caleta Hill:

The villa is situated on a hill behind the bay of Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal, in the South of the Island. Sa Caleta is close to the trendy beaches with their exquisite restaurants such as, Blue Marlin, Yemanja or Tropicana.

Villa Luxury Jondal has 700 m2 of living space in a ground of 24.000 m2.

There are 3 double bedroom suites. There is a possibility of converting the loft (gym, billiard, cinema) into another bedroom with two double beds for adolescents or kids, bathroom in suite.

There are two external rooms with bathroom in suite.

The 3 bedrooms have king size beds with big bathrooms, which include a shower, bathtub, double sinks, additional toilet and bidet. They also have hair dryers and bathrobes.

All bedrooms benefit from large window fronts, that can be entirely opened, which creates larger living areas.

Each bedroom has independent air-conditioning with a computerized temperature control unit.

Two bedrooms have outside showers and only one has a shower, one sink and no bathtub.

The master bedroom has a steam sauna.

There are music system in all the rooms, I-Pod docking station connected to the Sonos System and tv screen with Astra Satellite System and DVD.

Fully equipped professional kitchen with dining facilities for 18 people.

Laundry room and patio for air drying.

Large living and dining room with tv screen, DVD and interior dining table sits 14 people. The room can be converts into a covered terrace in summer by simply removing the glass fronts automatically. The outside dining facilities can sit up to 26 people

Sonos music system throughout the house, accessed via the internet to every radio station worldwide, furthermore easy access to the villa´s own ample music library.

The Sonos system is installed in every room and on the terrace. Each zone can play different music. Zones can also be connected so that the same music is heard in the chosen zones. Individual party mode’s (all zones connected) can be chosen.

A flat screen TV is mounted in each bedroom, entertainment and living room, moreover DVD and Astra Satellite systems are installed in every room. Furthermore, two rooms feature Sky TV (offering the biggest package including all the sport + movie programs)

The entertainment room has a 60 inch Pioneer flat screen with Astra and Sky Satellite, a blue ray DVD player as well as a X – Box.

Gym has a Technogym Kinesis Wall (with DVD exercise instructions) in chrome/mirror, free weights, bench, cross trainer, 2 exercise balls, (all Technogym) jumping rope and floor mats. With early notice a personal trainer can be organized at extra cost.

Professional billiard table with a unique design.

The villa has wireless Internet via satellite given it´s remote location. Sony Vaio laptop available for use.

The villa and its vast terraces are all furnished to a very high standard, most furnishings are custom made and especially designed for this property. Vast outside terraces with ample sunbathing and shaded areas.

The villa has one of the world’s largest, private collections of Eugenio Recuenco´s photographic Art. There are another paintings and sculptures.

Swimming pool 23 m x 4,5 m. No chlorine is used, the water preparation system is based on salt, with no salty taste to the water

The Villa also has a large gas barbecue

The villa is protected with an interior and exterior alarm system, which is connected to an alarm company

There are two generators, which run day and night and are silenced.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Included two people who work 8 hours daily, 5,5 days per week (days are chosen by the client). They clean the house and take care of the laundry, maintenance of the house, cleans the terraces, does the shopping and prepares breakfast.

They can also cook basic meals, time permitting

For a rental period from 2 weeks onwards there will be an additional cleaning lady.

If you need more time, there is an extra charge.
