Located right on the southern shore of the bay of Talamanca, this vacation home will allow you to enjoy the exclusive views and changing colors of the bay throughout the day, as well as a magnificent breeze and impressive energy from the Mediterranean.

It has four levels, the first, the lower, is a terrace by the sea where you can sunbathe on comfortable loungers and enjoy the heated pool, all with unbeatable views. This terrace has direct access to the sea, it has a lawn area, a shower and a room that fulfills several functions. On the second level we have the patio and the hall, next to the entrance of the house we have a toilet, the modern kitchen, living room, and the fireplace room, all of them with unbeatable views. One level above are the bedrooms, two bathrooms and on the top floor a terrace with a shower and loungers for sunbathing in complete privacy.

THE ROOMS

We have three rooms detailed below: Room number one is the main room that has a 180cm double bed, 46” TV, a terrace with sea view and bathroom en suite and another terrace with a view of the beach. Room number two has a 160cm bed, a 30” TV and a sea view. Room number three has a double bed of 160 meters and a view of the pedestrian street. All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning.
