The lines of the project seek to
reflect its surroundings by making the most of local materials from the island itself.

Through its generous outdoor terraces,
the volumetric of the building has been designed with the world outside in mind.

The result is a vertical neighbourhood
that takes full advantage of its picturesque surroundings.

The outdoor space has been designed to act as a green lung that envelopes the building, generating different atmospheres that
promote a fresh and outdoor lifestyle.

The building's sturdy foundation is comprised of individual braced footings at the pillars. Earth-retaining screen walls
securely contain the two subterranean levels which are used for parking.

The structure of the building is supported by pillars which are made from reinforced
concrete in places where they are concealed and from metal in places where they are visible.

The slabs will take the form of principal and secondary porticos with flat beams made from reinforced concrete. The ribs are unidirectional "in situ" with infill blocks.

The facade will be comprised of 15cm perforated ceramic bricks coated
in high density thermal insulation. The exterior boasts a top-quality
exterior finish of mineral-based mortar, plus an interior finish of projected plaster.

Reversed and accessible flat roof. comprised of sloping mortar, thermal insulation,
vapour barriers, waterproof roof fabric and a ceramic floor finish mounted on top of an adjustable support.

The south-facing building is encased by a wooden exterior shell.
This enclosing outer layer offers protection against the climate, controlling

solar radiation and giving rise to a protective intermediate space that can be adjusted as you see fit.

The lattice it’s made from can be opened up in order to appreciate the breath-taking surrounding views.

The interiors are characterised by clean and modern lines
that place emphasis on two of the most essential elements –

lighting and ventilation and their functionality.

The finishings are comprised of
restrained materials that prioritise
the search for a unifying and
contemporary image that still retains the flair of Ibizan identity.

in a very light grey colour and a smooth finish can be found in the interior of each apartment.

The plasterboard panels are suspended on
a U-shaped profile which is inverted in order to avoid the need for skirtings
where the vertical and
horizontal facings meet. Walls in the
various rooms of the apartments and
hallways are clad
with a finishing coat of protected plaster
, and given a paint finish of White RAL 9010.

The bathroom walls are clad in
micro-cement with a beige/pink chrome finish , resulting in a warm and inviting

The bathroom sinks blend in seamlessly to their environment
and are finished in the same
micro-concrete as the walls.

The taps and plumbing are by TRES and finished in black
in order to match the
tone of the mirror frames.

The toilets are by ROCA while
the showers, which are seamlessly integrated into the
floor, are by PORCELANOSA.


The kitchens are fitted with highly functional units and include a kitchen island
to guarantee ample prep and socialising room. These elements boast
gorgeous Silestone worktops in an off-white shade, which is also used for the
sink, giving the impression of a single
and continuous surface that flows naturally.

The lower units (beneath the worktop) are finished in walnut wood
with a thickness of 22mm.
